How will RRC use the information it collects about me?

  1. We may share your email address with other league players who are in your same league. This is to establish contact between the league players and arrange match fixtures.
  2. We may share your email and contact number with team league captains to contact you for team league line-ups.
  3. We may publish your name on our public facing website. This is to show past and current league standings.
  4. We may contact you with information about Upcoming Events and News Letters.
  5. We may access your personal information in General Administration duties such as lining up future leagues or processing membership renewals.
  6. We may pass your name to our secure 3rd party service providers like FixturesLive.com & Formsite.com.

How long will RRC keep my information?

RRC does not have a policy in place to destroy personal data unless requested by the data subject.

What rights do I have over my personal data?

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data by making a subject access request
  • Rectification, erasure or restriction of your information where this is justified
  • Object to the processing of your information where this is justified
  • Data portability
